cause the wheal wells are too small, try raising the ride as high as it will go and you can prolly get the 24’s, the fastest is the mclaren, super fast, or the zonda, try using more shortcuts and hitting his back end to spin fim out in corners or straightaways, be carefull, it can make you turn loose and if you miss odds are youll hit something bad, try racing san diego or the georgia place, lots of easy jumps and shortcuts, upgrade a class c car as high as you can and give it a try, youll be about as fast as him
